Rasa Travancore

The award winning Rasa is arguably one of the best vegetarian Indian restaurants in London, however Rasa Travancore is opposite the original, and extends its repertoire to cover meat and seafood as well; but even so, with comparatively few seats, booking is still essential. The set meal at £20 is fantastic value and includes a great variety of dishes making it the perfect introduction to some of the best that this restaurant has to offer. Dining is relaxed and staff friendly, making Rasa an all round enjoyable experience.

You get the whole shebang here with meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes! Meat dishes include chicken, duck and lamb, seafood includes fish, prawn and crab and the vegetarian menu has some unusual dishes.

They proudly state on their own website that: "To enter Rasa is to enter a whole new world of flavours and aromas that will delight both body and soul! These culinary delights come to you from the heart of Kerala, that lush green state on shores of the Arabian Sea along the Southwest coast of India. Although it is a tiny state, Kerala has a number of communities and regions in the state, each boasting their own brand of cuisine."
