Raymond's Hong Kong Cafe in Northern Kentucky offers an eclectic mix of Oriental, European and American cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere. The owners, Raymond & Louisa Luk, have brought the café ambiance they knew growing up in Hong Kong to a cosy corner in Richwood. The food offered is varied with traditional stir-fry dishes, rich delicacies and fluffy omelettes listed in the menu.

Start with baked seafood in cream sauce, bite size bits of shrimps, scallops, crab meat and mushrooms baked in a rich cream sauce atop a bed of garlic fried rice and lightly breaded and pan-fried salmon cooked with broccoli, yellow squash, carrot and zucchini. Move on to cashew chicken, white chicken with diced cuts of squash, peapods, water chestnuts and cashews and beef chopsuey. End the meal with a cheese xango, a sweet cream cheese kind of mixture in a fluffy wrap decorated with drops of mint sauce.
