REVIEWS OF Rectory Bar and Restaurant

A nice placed tucked away in the beautiful St Pauls Square overlooking the fabulous church. I've eaten here at both lunchtime with business clients and on an evening with friends and both experiences were equally enjoyable. The snacks at lunchtime are as filling as anything you'll get elsewhere (gorgeous chips guys!) although the full menu is also served. In the evening you can indulge with a set price menu too which works out remarkable value. The food is well presented and well balanced. Good things are said about the steaks here but equally I think their fish dishes are perfect. Overall this is a good quality place that can be relied on time and again to deliver good quality food at sensible prices.

Vibrant restaurant tucked away on the edge of town. Splendid location and fairly busy. Staff efficient and hospitable and food is very good quality for the price. Try the fishcakes - yum!!!
