My fiancé and I went to red n hot Birmingham at a time where they only served hot pots. We love hot pots so didn't hesitate in choosing this restaurant. This works a little like a buffet where you choose six items from the menu to go in the pot, then you can ask for more later. There is a charge for food wastage. Everything was frozen and had to be cooked in the pot on our table. We had pak choi that turned out to be cabbage, sliced beef that was more like very thin slices o ham (except it was apparently beef) beef balls that reminded me of those meatballs in gravy you get out the tin in a super Market, but more chewy, tofu and spam that was actually just ham. It was all flavourless. When we paid it came to just over £41 which included 1 drink each. We feel like we were ripped off considering the food quality was dreadful. I cannot comment on the food they serve in the evenings but I certainly would not recommend the hot pot service.

I and my fiance have been coming to this restaurant in Birmingham on a regular basis for more than a year now. We love Chinese cuisine and have tried almost all Chinese restaurants in Birmingham. Red'N'Hot is the place! The food is always great, staff always welcoming and service is excellent. If you are looking for a nice place to eat we would really recommend to visit Red'N'Hot!
