A restaurant directed by Giorgio Locatelli, working with Aramark, the contract catering company. Chef Pasquale Amico has collaborated with his old mentor Michelin starred Giorgio Locatelli to bring the best in Italian dining to the City.

This interesting new restaurant will challenge even the best city eateries. Only the very best fresh produce is allowed through the doors of this place; it has true Italian attitude and a penchant for perfection.

Refettorio is split into two complementary dining areas. Convivium is at the front and offers a large, spacious open plan area featuring mixed seating at banquettes. Dining is designed to be friendly and communal with the opportunity to taste your way through a huge range Italian cheese and cured meat, salads, grilled meats, fish and seafood. Don't miss the impressive deli counter. Up three steps from Convivium is a smaller area for more private dining.

Typical dishes on the regional Italian menu include Ravioli filled with smoked mozzarella and sundried tomatoes, Chargrilled tuna with black olives and fresh oregano or Fillet of seabass with tomato and herb broth. Starters from £6.00, secondi from £12.50. Convivium tasters from £2.50.

Refettorio is open Monday to Friday with Convivium open from noon till 8pm (with the full menu available all day), while the dining room will be open for lunch from noon till 3pm and for dinner from 6pm till 10pm.
