Woeful! It was just terrible. This was one of the worst experiences of my eating out life. Tiny scallops, soggy black pudding and wafer thin rib-eye steak requested medium rare, came well done and cut up. The venison was tough and the onions were uncooked for other dish. Hasn't the 'chef' ever heard of seasoning or flavour? As for the way the complaint was dealt with, well, try a customer care course. No complaints up to this one doesn't mean anything other than that people tend not to complain. Only one team member was any good, the waitress. Four people in the place on a Saturday night at 9 p.m., tells you all you need to know - never, ever again.

I think they serve the best food in Elgin. The surroundings are perhaps less than perfect, but this is no reason not to appreciate the quality of their first class food.
