A quick thank you to Restaurant 65, for going way out of their way to do something special for me! My brother and his wife are used to fine dining and very high quality wines since their years working in the city - Yaah! As favour, they opened on a day off because my family had just come back from New Zealand on flying visit and I wanted to impress them with something good that I knew would be in their league so to speak! Well true to form, the chef blew us all away with a wonderful four course meal, Argentinean Malbec and the best seat in the house - only ones there after all. Albeit at very short notice and with limited stock, my guests were so effusive they said they'd even tell friends in New Zealand how good it was! Thanks again for a wonderful meal as always punching well above your weight. 65 never disappoints!

My husband Martin and I first went to Restaurant 65 two years ago on our anniversary, we have been back several times since, for birthdays also on Mother's Day with my mum and the family. The service and the food have always been excellent. My brother and sister are coming over from Australia in July; we will certainly be taking them for a meal.
