Restaurant at Arundel Swan Hotel

The recently refurbished White Swan Hotel is situated five minutes outside of Arundel, and is perfectly located for easy travel to Chichester, Fontwell and Goodwood.

The management has created a contemporary interior for this traditional property, with a blend of oak beams, open fires, bold fabrics and striking artwork, which features the key sites of the town. The bar and restaurant area, with its mix of rich and tranquil colours, original features such as the slate floor, rustic oak pillars and bold lighting is a delightful place to enjoy their new menu.

To start with, you might try the honey roast duck and papaya salad with shallot and red wine dressing and baked field mushrooms filled with sun-blushed tomatoes, red onions and herb breadcrumbs. Mains include a 6oz sirloin steak and slow cooked leg of duck with traditional bubble and squeak. The meal could be completed by a range of desserts and a bottle from the well chosen wine list.
