The daily changing menu could probably begin with starters of game terrine with Scotch whisky, herbs and cream, served with oatcakes and a tangy juniper game chutney. Main courses move into such delectable dishes as roasted stuffed quail and venison loin finished in a rich berry and stock reduction. A selection of homemade desserts and Scottish cheeses finishes the meal with aplomb.

REVIEWS OF Restaurant at Corsewall Lighthouse Hotel
John Whyte (14 December 2006)
We have visited this restaurant on three occasions for dinner. The menu was changed each time and we were not disappointed on any of the visits. It is a unique experience eating in a place which as a boy living in that area I knew it as a working lighthouse. The five course dinner was above average and there was a very adequate wine list. The service was friendly and efficient and unhurried.
A McNaughton (3 October 2006)
I went there for a family get together in May. It is worth going there simply due to the breath-taking location and the unique experience of dining within a lighthouse! The service was very attentive, atmosphere warm and cosy and food very good. We went back for lunch a few months later and the food was a bit disappointing that time round but I would still recommend Corsewall and it is certainly one of the best places to go in the area.
