Restaurant at Cowley Manor

Cowley Manor is a beautiful hotel set in the Cotswolds, surrounded by breathtaking misty hills and 55 acres of gardens, lakes and cascades. Their restaurant offers modern British food and the emphasis is largely on local, organic and fresh produce.

For lunch, the seasonal menus offer sandwiches with salad and the honey roast ham with mustard or the coronation chicken and watercress are good options. You can expect more elaborate offerings at dinner, starting with pan fried wood pigeon with hazelnut and apple salad, followed by Cornish monkfish, mussels and clams, and ending finally with an apple tart tatin. Their bar serves excellent cocktails, wines, beers and vintage wines and sets the tone for an evening well spent.
