Restaurant at Dinham Hall Hotel

Providing its guests with a great chance to enjoy splendid views of the ramparts of Ludlow's medieval castle, Whitcliffe, the Teme river valley and the town rooftops, Dinham Hall is an elegant 18th century family home transformed into a thoroughly comfortable hotel.

Since the refuge is located in the centre of Ludlow, you're close to the town's graceful buildings, shops and narrow lanes, so after a day of exploration not many things could compare to a relaxed meal in the hotel's Georgian-style restaurant. Head Chef Wayne Smith using the finest, seasonal and wherever possible, local produce to create traditional British and European dishes.

Choices on the dinner menu could include a pressing of confit duck and foie gras with celeriac cream; mains of confit pork belly accompanied by Savoy cabbage and black pudding, or sea bream with roasted salsify, artichoke and braised oxtail.

The Morning Room at Dinham Hall is a wonderful place to enjoy a hearty Shropshire breakfast while the Green Room and Merchant suite are available for private parties of ten or more people.
