Restaurant at Farlam Hall Hotel Description

Another delightful retreat, dating from 1428, in a peaceful part of England quite close to Hadrian's Wall. Offering traditional hospitality, quiet comfort and thoughts of 'why do we have to go home?' Menu choice is restrained but perfectly adequate and there are plenty of puds. Dinner is served each evening at 8.00 pm and is five courses on a Saturday night, four every other evening. Smart dress is preferred.

The menu has a choice of 3 at each course and is changed daily to avoid repetition for residents. The style is the best of English Country House with a modern flair. The wine list is good and house wines start at £13.75.

No children under 5 years. No pipes or cigars in the dining room.
