This traditional Regency hotel offers the stability and elegance that comes from long association with the business of making people completely carefree, and nowhere is attention paid to this more than in the restaurant. Here, tried and tested dishes prepared with sensitivity daily delight. A seven course menu is offered in the evenings, with a daily change that embraces a wide range of old favourites punctuated with the occasional sacrifice to modernity. As befits, a well-travelled wine list with house wine at £12.
