Restaurant at Hotel Tresanton Description

Relaxed informal setting overlooking St Mawes harbour and St. Anthony's lighthouse. Carefully prepared food from local ingredients with a bias towards seafood.

In the safe hands of Olga Polizzi this much-loved hotel has prospered. The wood-panelled dining room looks out to sea and you are in the right mood from the start. On an adjacent terrace, lunch and dinners by candlelight may be enjoyed on the right day.

Paul Wadham combines the best local produce to achieve simple and elegant dishes, where he pays respect both to the English tradition and to the Mediterranean feel of the hotel.

A highly imaginative wine list, with a good selection of wines by the glass, also has House Italian reds and whites at £14.00.
