Kilcamb Lodge, located in the middle of a great natural larder known as the Ardnamurchan Peninsular combines this plentitude with cheffing skills of a high order that between them offer some of the most appealing dishes on the West Coast of Scotland.

A typical dinner could offer starters of pan-fried filleted Mallaig skate wing with baby capers and lime burnt butter, followed by Jerusalem artichoke and watercress soup. A main course of baked supreme of free-range chicken, or seared fillet of organic salmon on smoked paprika and lemon risotto with Noilly Prat butter sauce could be followed by Espresso coffee crème brulée with vanilla shortbread fingers and confit clemantines in Armagnac syrup.
