Restaurant at Kings Head Description
If you go to Norfolk you must not be surprised if they make the best of what is there (and who would be so churlish to deny them anyway?) with the result that here is another 17th century country pub offering excellent fish dishes. You can eat very cosily in one of three spaces amongst arrays of angling gear. Try the pan-fried skate wing with apples, prawns and capers, or if you are feeling sufficiently salted there is excellent roast fillet of beef with spinach, potato rosti, and local mushrooms set in a piquant Madeira sauce. Prices are reasonable and house wine starts at £9.75.
