Restaurant at Legacy Botleigh Grange Hotel Description

Botleigh has added a magnificent glass-domed dining room to its already extended premises. Here, a monthly-changing menu offers a steadily familiar pattern of dishes

drawn from a wide variety of origins. Smoked bacon salad with poached egg, bread and butter pudding with custard and char-grilled beef fillet with sweetbread tortellini all add to the variety, and much of the produce is from local sources. A well-planned wine list with house wine at £13.
