It appeared that Kilhey Court had gone down hill in terms of service, if our visit on the nineteenth was anything to go by. From the head waiter down there appeared a general uninteresting attitude shown to the guest’s comfort and well being. The food in fairness was to a good standard. But judging the look on other dinner’s faces and comments from dinners in ear shot that evening, clearly the service was not what they or we expected for an award winning restaurant charging those sorts of prices.
