Restaurant at Northcote Manor

But truth be told, both these aspects are wedded to each other and are of equal importance if you wish to enjoy this beauty in its wholesome splendour.

There is a feeling of understated opulence in their restaurant, with its simple, pleasing décor and the art murals on the walls but it is the food that will singlehandedly capture your attention once you've tried their smoked haddock risotto with fresh herb salad and glazed goats cheese for starters. Follow that up with Madeira gravy fillets of pan fried mackerel with crushed potatoes, marinated cherry tomatoes and dill dressing. Dessert features a number of strawberry inspired confections as a celebration of this luscious North Devon berry.
