I attended my uncle's 80th birthday at Ponsbourne Park this week and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I thought it was the nicest meal I have had for a long time. The lamb was delicious - I savoured every mouthful and the red cabbage tasted of Christmas, which was delightful. The staff were excellent - very friendly but professional - just the right balance. I would definitely return for a meal at the Ponsbourne and would recommend it too.

My husband and I have dined in the restaurant at Ponsbourne Park Hotel on a number of occasions. We have always had the most amazing meals. The chefs are extremely talented and come up with the most delicious meals. We are real foodies and love cooking at home. I can honestly say this food is fantastic. We have not been disappointed. The service is superb and the staff are really wonderful. The whole experience is lovely.
