Set amidst glorious scenery just off the town centre of Callander, this delightful country house hotel enjoys a reputation for keeping a good dining room, with a modern cuisine that celebrates Scottish produce and great

expertise in the kitchen.

Start with ravioli of scallops with lobster and parmesan foam before moving on to bresse pigeon with wild mushroom consommé, truffle gnocchi.

To finish the meal an excellent dessert comes in the form of an assiette of kent mango. The menu range is wide but the same degree of care is exercised over the board with commendable results. A handsome wine list ranges round the world, with excellent house wine at £17.50.
