I have eaten at the Royal on numerous occasions and following my first time there, I promoted it to different friends and family as I wanted them also to experience what I would consider the best steak I have ever eaten. If you enjoy a good quality steak that’s value for money I would highly recommend it, although you need to allow at least two weeks in advance booking, the one and only down side!

Dinner on Sunday - good choice with plenty of vegetarian and gravy, good value, even with two sitting they never rushed to finish with table.
