Exposed stonework, open fires, original beams, and candlelight provide the perfect backdrop to enjoy the AA rosette restaurant's many treats that are all created from fine local produce. Santo's offers accommodation in twenty-eight individually designed ensuite bedrooms, some of which are internationally themed, and others that are equipped with four poster waterbeds, air baths, and mini suites.
Weddings, conferences, and other special occasions are happily hosted.
