We used to come to the Silverdale weekly years ago but haven't for a long time but having heard from a friend that the owners son has taken over we decided to pop down. The food was perfect, honestly cannot fault it at all. Proper home-made food from obviously talented chefs. I think everything on the menu is home-made which is rare these days especially in Pembrokeshire. My wifes tagliatelle was home-made as were the chips with my fillet steak. The menu is nice and refreshing and its nice to see a restaurant using the abundance of local fish rather then importing from cornwall or the likes. The decor is nice and cosy. Very comfy red leather seats which we didnt want to get up from! The best bit of the meal though was the complimentary cake which was brought out for my wifes birthday it was completely unexpected. One bad point though was when we went to pay the credit card machine broke down and we had to wait five or so minutes but it wasn't really a hassle. We were brought more complimentary fudge as an apology so guess it happened for the best! Would highly reccomend a meal here. Having dined at similar restaurants locally the food here is personally, of better quality but at a much more reasonable price.
