The hotel is built around a courtyard and extends into a garden area. The food at this place is absolutely fantastic, service prompt, considering everything is cooked from fresh, and the atmosphere comfortable and cosy. The pork belly I had was the best I have ever tasted and it was followed by a croissant and cointreau and bread and butter pudding that were manna. My only criticism is the lack of informal dining dressing, but I am told this is to be addressed in the near future with the conversion of some of the private areas to extra dining space.
