My wife and I stayed for a few days sampling the food in the restaurant each evening. Each evening was different. The food was, on the whole, good quality and reasonably well served. Diners had the use of a lounge for pre-dinner drinks and after-dinner coffee. That is, except on one occasion when the lounge was hired out to local GPs for training. My recommendation - stick to the knitting, the Creebridge is a hotel and restaurant and NOT a conference centre.
