I stayed at this beautiful spa hotel for a weekend break and could not fault the food or the service in either the brasserie or the fine dining restaurant. The dishes on the fine dining menu in the evening were absolutely, mouth-wateringly delicious. The first night I had the grilled bream, which was great and I thought would not be surpassed but the next evening I had salmon on a bed of chick peas - delicious. I look forward to my next visit.
