Restaurant at The Metropolitan

19 Old Park Lane, London, W1K 1LB

Housed on the first floor of the iconic Metropolitan Hotel on Park Lane, Nobu is an elegant and intimate dining space that serves a groundbreaking fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine and South American flavours. Founded by celebrated Japanese chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, the restaurant has a calm, sleek interior in white with splashes of colour and stunning view of Hyde Park through the floor-to-ceiling windows. This elegance and simplicity is reflected in the wholesome and varied menu. The a la carte menu, prepared by Executive Chef Mark Edwards, comprises unique specialities of Matsuhisa shrimp with caviar and salmon kelp roll and sushi dishes of octopus and crab. Mains of chicken with wasabi pepper sauce, and scallops with spicy garlic sauce can be eaten with plates of tempura udon noodles.
