Restaurant at The Regent Hotel, The Description

Standing opposite the slipway at Waterhead Bay on the shores of Lake Windermere, The Regent Hotel offers you a warm welcome to the Lake District. Personally managed by the Hewitt family since the early eighties, traditional service, modern comforts and superb food combine to produce the perfect balance between quality and hospitality.

Their dishes and ingredients reflect the choices of the area - a breakfast of Garside butcher's traditional Cumberland Sausage, Plumgarth's bacon, bury black pudding and free range eggs. Other specialities include Morecambe Bay Shrimps, Herdwick Lamb and their selection of local cheese.
