Located in the tiny scenic village of Birch Vale, approximately seven miles from the spa town of Buxton, The Sycamore Inn is the perfect stop for short breaks and walkers. Recently refurbished, the restaurant is split across two levels with Italian slate flooring, feature wallpaper, striking mirrors and a mini bar of its own. The main bar itself is set in a cosy ambiance with an open fire and comfortable sofas. To begin, expect chicken liver parfait with red onion jam and French toast or half-pint of prawns with crusty bread and Bloody Mary sauce.
