Before moving on to emulsified foie gras, ginger bread and macadamia nuts and organic salmon with vanilla and muscavado sugar, followed by quail from Landes, warm salad of young vegetables, aged parmesan. If you would like to stay longer, Restaurant Sat Bains with rooms is a Victorian farm conversion with eight individually designs bedrooms - a honeymoon suite, double and twin rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, luxury bed linen and air conditioning.
