We visited Restaurant Twenty Six on a Saturday evening, with a couple of friends. Although quite small, the restaurant is well laid out with nice furniture and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is a la carte, with six choices for each course. We were also served with marinated olives on the table when we arrived - a tasty appetiser whilst the starters were prepared and petit fours to finish off. The food was excellent, served on various different crockery to highlight the stunning presentation. They have a wide range of wines and beers at reasonable prices. The whole evening was a delight with friendly and knowledgeable service. The Sunday lunch menu looks outstanding - we will try that next.
