Rhubarb Restaurant is situated in the Herriots Hotel at Broughton Road, in the picturesque town of Skipton and is well known in its own right as an excellent place to eat out. A pleasing combination of claret reds, whites and creams create a welcoming and cosy atmosphere whilst candle lit tables make an ideal setting for a romantic meal.

The à la carte assembles a selection of chicken, salmon and lamb dishes created using the finest and the freshest ingredients found in the area. You could start with lightly poached asparagus spears served with a poached hen's egg and topped with Hollandaise sauce or a thyme roasted portabello mushroom with toasted Yorkshire goats' cheese and a beetroot salsa. Amongst mains honey and pistachio coated duck Gressingham pitches against Gisburn reared rib eye steak, served with watercress and tomato compote, for attention.
