Conveniently located in the centre of Fareham, this handsome Georgian house makes an ideal setting for a hotel in elegant traditional style. The AA Rosette Richmond Restaurant offers classic dishes in impeccable surroundings with service that is of the same high standard. It is decorated in relaxing tones, with crisp white linen and fresh flowers lending it a touch of distinction.
Thoughtful touches such as a choice of vegetables cooked with or without butter and the dessert served without cream, should you so wish, help to ensure guests feel valued. Expect to find corn fed chicken breast stuffed with a wild mushroom mousse, and fillet of salmon pan-fried with tomatoes on the vine served with a white wine, cream and chive sauce.
