Riva Description
Bustling local Italian well above your average 'trat'. Interesting dishes from Lombardy include varying forms of risotto and polenta. The proprietor is a genuine character, and always keen to discuss the food. Puddings are particularly good: try the prunes and blackberries in grappa with cinnamon ice cream. Although the décor is unremarkable, this is a fantastic venue for those keen on good food and good company - conversation is a key player at Riva!
