River Restaurant Description

Busy and animated, the River Restaurant is where Auguste Escoffier first established the hotel's high standards of food and cuisine. His Peches Melba and Poularde Belle Helene, are still served today alongside Anton Edelmann's healthy Menu de Regime Naturel. In the evening, the menu includes a daily-changing menu of two or three courses and a special five course seasonal menu, which includes wines selected by sommelier Werner Wissmann to complement each course.
