Riverside Restaurant Description
Another of these Cornish hotels with restaurants, looking out over the estuary, idyllic in good weather, possibly a bit daunting when it's less so. But enough, let's be positive. The restaurant offers good traditional Cornish food with a modern twist in a comfortable and scenic dining room. Service was friendly and sharp, and yes, the two do go together. A travelled wine list gave few treats for the connoisseur but was perfectly adequate for most of us.

What a delightful little restaurant! The food was beautifully prepared and presented. I particularly liked the platter of local fish, which could have fed both of us! The desserts melted in our mouth. I would definitely recommend trying the little gem.
