Rock City is a casual, classy restaurant, located close to the Paseo Maritime and the Cathedral, where food from the two coasts of North America is celebrated in a setting that music lovers enjoy. Photographs of rock legends bring the walls alive and the menu ranges from nachos, and tacos, to thin-crust pizzas - which have gained a reputation for being really thin and original - and barbeque chicken wings.

Starters include focaccia provolone, melted provolone and rosemary focaccia with garlic and cheese, and Rock City salad of romaine lettuce, spinach, Parmesan cheese, apples, tomatoes, and honey vinaigrette. The pizzas, named after famous artistes and bands, range from the spicy Aretha Franklin with ricotta, mozarella, spinach and extra virgin olive oil to the varied flavours of Family Stone with dried tomatoes, mascarpone, black olives, artichokes, mushrooms, mozzarella and tomato sauce. Classic New York cocktails, such as lemondrop, Manhattan, Cosmopolitan and apple martini are served. Live music on Thursday evenings has added to its popularity.
