Offering Hawaiian fusion food, Roy's on Dallas Parkway blends European techniques, Asian cuisine and Hawaiian hospitality to create a fine dining experience. Owner chef Roy Yamaguchi's brainchild, the restaurant offers guests a spacious dining room, an expansive lounge and an exhibition kitchen in full view.

The food at Roy's combines the freshest local ingredients with European sauces and bold Asian spices, with an emphasis on seafood. Patrons can expect to whet their appetites with crispy calamari with toasted peanuts and kung pao sauce, ahi poketini with wasabi aioli, rock shrimp tempura and crunchy golden lobster pot stickers. They can then move on to main course options like Hong Kong style sizzling Hawaiian swordfish, baby artichoke and goat cheese crusted salmon, sweet butter seared scallops, rustic rubbed grilled filet mignon and butter pecan crusted rack of lamb. For the grand finale there's melting hot chocolate soufflé. A range of cocktails including the original Hawaiian martini, made with Maui pineapples, SKYY vodka and Malibu coconut rum, set the tone for the evening.
