Rubicon Vegetarian Description
First opened in 1989 Rubicon was amongst the first of the new wave of café/bar restaurants with a vegetarian cause to pursue. By 1999 it was felt the time had come for an updated approach and Rubicon was completely refurbished and a new menu was launched. So during the daytime the café/bar approach is to the front, with snacks and light meals, but as night falls the restaurant takes over and more elaborate meals appear. There is an organic wine and beer range to compliment the food.
