Ruchetta Description

In an area where the competition is not exactly falling over itself, this little haven of carefully preserved standards in cooking comes as something of a relief. There are not exactly a huge number of seats but there are enough people around who care for quality to ensure that they are well supported.

Angela and the team at Ruchetta are outstanding. This gem is by far the finest eatery in the Town of Wokingham. The food is high-end Italian, super service, excellent and interesting menu, good quality and reasonably priced wine. I always spend a lot in there, but that's my choice as it's a place that makes you want to treat yourself and your guests. It’s highly recommended.

Ruchetta's is one of Wokingham's best kept secrets. It is a wonderful Italian restaurant with a uniquely cosy but extremely professional atmosphere. The waiters are all connoisseurs of good food and wine. The proprietor and waiters alike always provide you with a friendly welcome. The food, wine and service are incredibly refined. I have dined at Ruchetta's many times privately with my husband and as a part of senior corporate functions. It is indeed the jewel of Berkshire.
