Sa Canova in Campos is a very popular place, run by the Alomar-Mascaró family for over twenty years. The Chef, Jerónima Mascaró-Pons specialises in offering traditional Mallorcan high cuisine, the way her ancestors used to prepare. Not only that, thanks to her numerous trips to Europe and around the world with her family, she discovers the gastronomy of other countries, and then adapts her Mallorcan recipes, always giving them a very personal and innovative touch. At Sa Canova, Jerónima's creations would not be possible without the products and fresh vegetables that her husband Miquel grows in Tarriga. At the same time, her daughter Francisca assists in the kitchen while her son, Tomeu, attends to the many customers. All of this makes for a real family business, where everything is done well and with lots of love and attention.
