Foremost amongst the treats in store is the two or three course lunch, say salmon fish cake with salad and tartar sauce, medallions of pork with thyme gravy and apple sauce, rounded off by sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce at incredibly good prices.

Dinner starting with smoked trout mousse and a crème fraîche and horseradish dressing could be followed by pan fried sirloin steak with Roquefort sauce and crispy bacon, and ginger and lime cheesecake with a fruit coulis, or iced banana parfait with chocolate Ganache to complete the pleasure.
