Sake No Hana
23 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1HA
Sake No Hana was established in 2007, the brainchild of Alan Yau the man behind Hakkasan and Wagamama, housed within a grade II listed building the interior was designed by celebrated architectural designer Kengo Kuma. It?s striking black high gloss entrance is very dramatic and will whisk you up to the main dining room in an unusual long escalator. The simple menu is divided by cooking method rather than course. Simple and approachable it lends itself perfectly for a business lunch, dinner or that special occasion with signature share dishes like their version of black cod rice, sumiyaki beef or crispy tempura of prawns and langoustines.Japanese
