Saki Bar & Food Emporium Description

In these increasingly cosmopolitan days it is just not enough for non British cuisines to rely upon the curiosity factor - they have to be up there with the same degree of quality and service that we expect to find in the best of our own.

Enter Saki, located in Smithfields opposite the meat market, where not only do they offer some of the best Japanese cuisine in London, but are enormously receptive to the idea that many people like the idea of a little tuition on the subject. So the inscrutable orient comes to the receptive but cautious Brit.

Japan is, of course famed for its approach to technology and the kitchen contains a noodle making machine that does everything except place the stuff in your mouth.

Saki's other claim to fame in this area of enterprise is its state of the art loo, a device that takes all the more personal bits out of going to the loo, with a paperless machine that, well, requires only the most fundamental effort from the client.

The food is without doubt extremely good and if you are already committed, or are seeking extending your gastronomic experiences, Saki is the place for you.
