The design steers clear of Victorian chandeliers and antique furniture and it's all about the sleek, trendy look with art deco inspired interior.

Head Chef Adrian Jones's cooking demonstrates his love for English tapas and straightforward dishes, so if you're searching the menu looking for starters, you may find some appealing small plates of rabbit kidneys with mustard, smoked trout and macaroni cheese and venison chipolatas with salsa Verde. Comfort food is another name for main courses at Salisbury and the herb crusted salmon with Thai spiced cucumber, and roast lamb with lamb meatballs, chorizo, garlic leaf, and del monico potato.
