The food is hot and freshly prepared, with good value for money. The atmosphere is lovely and ideal for an evening out.

Sammi’s I believe is a restaurant which has great potential. However I do believe there are a lot of things they could do to improve it. As you stroll up to the restaurant it looks like a place you would be heading to at the end of a big Saturday night and when you get inside the image does not change. The first floor is not the finest place you will ever see. However when they escort you upstairs it is like a whole other world. As soon as you walk in you see the vivid decorations and lights which makes the restaurant seem hugely exotic with an incredibly warm feeling to it. The African music that is being played really gives it a Moroccan feeling and sets a very peaceful mood. Then you are onto foods.
The Falafels may not look the most supreme when they come out to you but as soon as you take a bite into them you are stunned with the vivid flavours that you could taste and the mint sauce that comes with it really complemented them. Then on to the main course although I thought the taste and flavour of my tagine meatballs were excellent. I was very disappointed in the quantity and presentation of them. With only three average sized meatballs on my plate I thanked god I had ordered a starter as well as there is no chance that would be enough to fill me. Then there was the presentation just three meatballs lumped on a plate looking extremely lonely with nothing around them. However I am very pleased to say the taste did not let me down. The sauce was fantastic, the meat was very tender and had a succulent feeling to them and that’s why I probably wanted a lot more. I also have to say the service was great very, friendly.
