Sangam Restaurant, The Description
One of those well-established curry houses which compete effectively within an environment which is arguably overcrowded with their kind. They - and Sangam is no exception - do it simply by maintaining a reliable supply of what they know their public want. This may not be exotic cuisine but it is good food made up from known ingredients at prices which will not strain the housekeeping and it makes a decent living for the owners. This approach has its comparisons in almost every other trade or profession, it is not glamorous, but my goodness, it works.

Wow! I went there once and now I go every Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Just ask for Muky the owner, and he will treat you very well.

This is the best restaurant in the world, but I really thank the staff and one of the best owners.
