Saucy Description
It is an interesting reflection on the times in which we live that Tamra Shanly, after years of looking closely at eating out trends in London, should descend upon Brighton and come up with the formula that she has. Which is traditional British with a more than modern twist. The restaurant is still in the experimental stage and needs refining. Out of this may well emerge a 21st century definition of what British food is now about, with all its input from foreign parts, including the idiotic suggestion by a Cabinet Minister that our native grub is now defined by chicken tikka masala. House wine at £10.50.

In a town with many distinctly average and worse eateries, Saucy shines like a diamond in muck. A top menu, fantastically presented and served professionally. The cocktails are divine. You must go!
