REVIEWS OF Sawadee Thai Restaurant
Frank (28 February 2009)
This is a great place for a Thai meal in a friendly atmosphere with very genuine staff and decent food.
Loraine (25 November 2008)
I went to Sawadee with my two nieces who were in Brighton for the night. We always meet up at Sawadee and we have never been disappointed with either the food or the service, although it was very busy. Sawadee has got a really nice atmosphere, it’s quite sparkly and people seem happy. We had some Thai beers and then our food. My favourite starter is the king prawns in coconut batter. We had crab claws, which are cooked in a slightly curry flavoured sauce with lots of pale onions and red chillies. We also ordered a sea bass, which Abi tucked into steadily. The waiter took it off the bone for us. We had another stir fry with garlic and pad Thai noodles. We ate everything on our plates, and I thought it was delicious. We had a great meal in a lovely restaurant, which is quite casual and informal, but with proper service; a thumbs up from us.
